Without reason: Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer bears the shipping cost.
Due to damage or defect: If the product is damaged or defective, customers have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. In this case, we will cover the shipping cost.
The return must be made within the specified time frame.
The product must be in its original condition without any damage to the product or its packaging.
The purchase invoice must be attached with the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the above conditions are not met.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the return request is approved. The refund can be made using the same payment method or through other options such as InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or via the shipping company.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled by contacting us through WhatsApp messages, our Facebook page, or by phone, email, or the contact page on our website.
If the cancellation is made before the order is handed over to the shipping company, it will be free of charge.
If the cancellation is made after the order has been handed over to the shipping company, the customer will bear the shipping cost
